The Centre for Enabled Living Ltd (CEL)

The Centre for Enabled Living Ltd (CEL) is a first stop centre for users of eldercare and disability services, and their caregivers. CEL provides information and referral services, administers pan-disability schemes, provides support to caregivers and implements public education programmes.
