- The Centre for Enabled Living enables persons needing care and their caregivers to make informed choices by matching individual needs with available services.
- We co-ordinate social services to strengthen the national support network for persons needing care.
- We promote understanding and acceptance of persons needing care as integrated members of the community.
*Persons needing care comprise frail seniors and people with disabilities.
