What is Assessment and Coordination For Enabling (ACE)?
ACE is a programme for the elderly that assesses, matches and coordinates multiple social care and supportive services in Singapore with the needs of you/ your loved ones.
The objective is to assist you and your family to manage the care of yourself/ your loved ones with as much support within the community as possible. This will enable you/ them to live with your/ their loved ones and among the community for as long as possible. It also helps you/them to avoid/ minimize early admission into institutions like nursing homes, for example.
Why seek ACE?
We help you to coordinate and match you/ your loved ones to the right services and coordinate these identified services during the service period of up to 6 months.
What are the services available?
Upon assessment and recommendation by ACE providers, you/ your loved one may be referred to community-based services like Day Care Centres and/or Home Help Services, for example.
Who is Eligible?
Are you/ Is your loved one
- A Singaporean or Permanent Resident of Singapore?
- ≥ 60 years old* and
- Require(s) more than 2 types of community-based services?
*PNCs younger than 60 years old will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Fees
A one-time nominal fee based on your type of housing will be charged.
