About the NEU (new or used but refurbished) PC Programme
With its vast reach, the Internet has revolutionalised the way people learn and interact since it came into homes everywhere.
To enable low-income families in Singapore to get connected to this new information highway, the NEU PC Programme helps equip them with free reburbished PCs.
The programme, evolved from the original PC Reuse Scheme launched back in November 1999, now offers the additional option to own brand-new PCs for under $300 per set.
Each PC will be bundled with warranty, software, Internet subscription and basic IT training under the National IT Literacy Programme (NITLP).
