About the Student Care Fee Assistance (Special Student Care Centres)
This scheme is administered by the Community Development Councils (CDCs).
This scheme also provides subsidies to parents of special needs children aged 7 to 18 years so that they may attend Student Care Centres (SCC) which provide care outside of schooling hours. The table below shows the subsidies available based on the combined income of both parents. This quantum of subsidy is only applicable to students with disabilities enrolled in the appointed centres.
