About the Education Bursary

 

Providing a level playing field in education is a crucial part of helping persons with disabilities learn crucial skills and seek open employment later in life.
 

To this end, the SPD Bursary Award is given to students from low-income families studying in mainstream schools.

Students have to be physically disabled or have parent(s) with physical disabilities.

The quantum of the grant ranges from $300 per year for primary level to $6,000 per year for university level.
