Corporate Communications Executive

Reports to: Corporate Communications Manager

 

The Centre for Enabled Living’s (CEL) Corporate Communications division offers team members the opportunity to be actively involved in building CEL’s brand and communicating our vision, mission, services and programmes to persons needing care, the public, the charitable services community and the media. They will work in a stimulating and challenging environment where integrity, creativity and quality work are encouraged and appreciated. An integral member of our team, you will provide support in
corporate collaterals, print and online editorial tasks within the organization's operations such as newsletters, website, PR materials, write-ups, reports and timely publications, as well as assist in the planning and execution of media and corporate events and projects.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, preferably in a media or info-communications related field
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant work experience in areas such as administration, corporate communications and event management
  • Organised, meticulous, resourceful and team-oriented
  • Internet savvy and proficient in MS Office applications
 

Case Manager

Reports to: Operations Manager

 

The Centre for Enabled Living’s (CEL) Operations division offers team members the opportunity to be actively involved in creating and implementing programmes and services that will go a long way to help persons needing care and their caregivers. They will work in a stimulating and challenging environment where integrity, diligence and quality work are encouraged and appreciated. It is a place where team members will be able to contribute to CEL’s vision of building an inclusive society where persons needing care have access and opportunities to live life with dignity.


You will ensure that your elder care service programme meets the mission, objectives and procedures of information and referral, as well as the smooth and efficient delivery of services from initial assessment of clients to providing the relevant and pertinent information so that clients are able to make informed choices, until client is referred and accepted by the relevant and appropriate service providers. You will need to work with the care services providers to ensure service response, provision and quality to the elders. You shall work closely with the relevant departments to inform them of any new development in the sector and assist in the development, piloting and implementation of new programmes and services for Persons Needing Care.

Requirements:

  • Degree with major in Social Work/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Physiotherapy/ Nursing or related field
  • Up to 3 years of experience in Social Service
  • Experience working with the elderly is an advantage.
 

IT Project Manager

Reports to: Operations Director

 

You will manage our IT projects and systems, which include defining functional requirements with internal and external end-users, preparing tender documents (especially the technical functional section), leading the technical tender clarification and evaluation, providing recommendation to management on the tender, managing vendors, conducting UATs and commissioning of projects.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years broad IT hardware and software development
  • 5-8 years of project management and administration experience on Work-flow and CRM system on web-based public access application
  • Must be resourceful and able to work independently
  • The candidate with IT project management experience in health and social sector will have advantage
