Do you know of anyone who is 60 years and above who are an active ager and a role model for other seniors? Someone who is active and dynamic in mind, body and spirit? They could even be your family member, friend or colleague. 

Thirty seniors gathered at Ang Mo Kio Public Library on 8 May 2010 to learn about fall prevention and dementia – two talks that delivered important knowledge not only for seniors, but also their caregivers.
