ComCare EnAble
This component of the ComCare Fund caters to needy elderly, people with disabilities, and others who require long-term assistance or care in remaining integrated in the community. It comprises two social assistance schemes.
- Public Assistance Scheme / Special Grant
This scheme assists those who are unable to work (due to old age, illness or disability) and are without any means of income or support.
- ComCare Transitions Scheme
This scheme assists those who are temporarily unable to work due to old age, illness, disability or extenuating circumstances and have little or no family support.

Admission to Homes Scheme (South West CDC)
This scheme assists in the admission process for applicants / their family members who require residential or nursing care, but are unable to afford the commercial rates of nursing homes.
