Registry for Early Intervention Programmes
Parents of children with special needs can tap on Baby Bonus funds (savings in the Children Development Account) for enrolling their children with early intervention programmes (EIP) that have been granted Approved Institution (AI) status by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) under the Baby Bonus Scheme.

To enable parents to use Baby Bonus funds, service providers of early intervention programmes must first register their programmes under the Registry of EIP with the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL), which administers the registration process. Service providers also need to apply separately for AI status with MCYS.

How
Service providers who want to register their programmes under the Registry of EIP should submit the application form and supporting documents to CEL.

For more information, please refer to the information kit. For additional enquiries, you may contact CEL at 1800-8585 885 or schemes@cel.sg.
