Special Schools with Mainstream Education
Children with disabilities can choose to attend Special Education (SPED) schools that offer mainstream education. These SPED schools are run by volunteer welfare organisations and receive funding from the Ministry of Education (MOE).
Please visit MOE's
website for the list of SPED schools in Singapore.
Special Schools for Children with Learning Disabilities
Besides the SPED schools under MOE's purview, there are other learning centres and schools that cater to children with learning disabilities. Some international schools also provide learning support to assist children with learning disabilities, where admission is on a case-by-case basis.
