The Early Intervention Programme for Infants & Children (EIPIC) provides therapy and educational support services to children with special needs. It enhances and maximises the developmental growth potential of these children and minimises the development of secondary disabilities. The programme equips them with fine/gross motor, cognitive, communication, social, and self-help skills.
The Centre for Enabled Living provides referrals to the government-aided EIPIC centres in Singapore.
Who
Children who are 6 years and below who have been diagnosed with developmental, intellectual, sensory or physical disabilities by a medical doctor or psychologist
How
Speak to a medical social worker at a hospital's Child Development Unit for assistance in submitting the
EIPIC referral form to the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL).
