Day Care Centres (Social) for seniors provide care for frail seniors who may need supervision while their families/caregivers are at work. Besides providing day care and maintenance rehabilitation, Day Care Centres also give seniors opportunities to socialise and take part in recreational activities, enabling them to remain in the community for as long as possible.
The Centre for Enabled Living provides referrals to Day Care Centres (Social) for seniors.
Who
Seniors aged 55 and above who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, are physically frail and need supervision, but are fit for communal activities

Speak to a social worker or medical social worker for assistance in submitting the
referral form to the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL).
