Home Help Service
HHS
Home Help Service provides services to frail seniors who are homebound, enabling them to continue living in their own homes for as long as possible while supporting their family members in their daily care for them.

There are five components to Home Help Service:

  1. Meals delivery
Meals will be delivered for lunch and/or dinner, even on weekends and public holidays. Halal food is also available from some service providers.

  2. Personal hygiene
Frail and homebound seniors will be assisted in bathing once or twice a week.

  3. Housekeeping
Frail and homebound seniors who are unable to maintain the cleanliness of their homes can receive basic home maintenance once a week.

  4. Escort/transport
Seniors who require follow-up medical appointments at hospitals/clinics can receive escort/transport services to and from their homes.

  5. Laundry

The Centre for Enabled Living provides referrals to Home Help Service partners.
